Design a Custom BoardHigh-speed dual MOSFET gate driver IC delivering 4.5A peak output current per channel with 40ns propagation delay. Operates from 4.5V to 18V supply and can drive 1800pF gate capacitance in 12ns with matched rise/fall times. Ideal for switch-mode power supplies, pulse transformers, and motor control applications requiring fast, low-impedance gate switching.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
