IC SUPERVISOR RESET 3.3V SOT23-3

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardPrecision voltage supervisor IC that monitors 3V, 3.3V, or 5V supply rails and generates a reset signal when voltage falls out of spec. Delivers active-low push-pull reset output with 140ms minimum pulse width and operates down to 1.0V supply. Ultra-low 6µA typical quiescent current makes it ideal for battery-powered and always-on applications requiring reliable power-on/brownout reset functionality.
SOT-23's tiny 0.95mm pin pitch and compact form factor make hand-soldering tedious and prone to bridging errors. A breakout board breaks out the three pins to standard 0.1" spacing for breadboard prototyping, eliminating the need for specialized soldering equipment and enabling fast circuit iteration with transistors, diodes, and small-signal components.
