Design a Custom BoardSingle-phase synchronous rectified MOSFET driver for high-frequency buck converters and DC/DC supplies. Drives two N-MOSFETs with integrated shoot-through protection, embedded bootstrap diode, and tri-state PWM input. Supports switching frequencies to 500kHz with supply range 4.5V–13.2V, suitable for CPU VRs and low-voltage power delivery applications.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
