Dual independent low-side MOSFET driver with 4 A sink and source capability per channel. Accepts CMOS/TTL-compatible PWM inputs across 5 V to 18 V supply range with independent enable controls. Features matched propagation delays, anti cross-conduction protection, and operates -40 °C to 125 °C. Ideal for SMPS, DC-DC converters, motor controllers, and switching amplifiers.

Why does this need a breakout?
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
