Design a Custom BoardDual non-inverting Schmitt-trigger buffer designed for low-voltage operation from 1.65V to 5.5V supply. Features 3.7ns propagation delay at 5V, 32mA sink current at 4.5V, and 5.5V overvoltage tolerant inputs/outputs. Ideal for signal conditioning, logic level translation, and noise-immune buffering in portable and mixed-voltage applications.
SOT-363 packages are tiny surface-mount devices with 0.65mm pin pitch, making hand-soldering risky and breadboard use impossible. A breakout board breaks out the 6 pins to standard 0.1" spacing, enabling reliable prototyping of MOSFETs, transistors, and level shifters without microscopy or specialized equipment.
