Features integrated overcurrent limiting, thermal shutdown with auto-restart, overvoltage protection, and ESD protection suitable for automotive and industrial switching applications. Replaces discrete circuits and electromechanical relays for resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads.

Why does this need a breakout?
SOT-223 three-pin regulators and transistors are difficult to hand-solder due to tight 1.5mm pitch and heat-sinking requirements. A breakout board brings standard 0.1" header spacing, eliminating soldering challenges and enabling immediate breadboard prototyping without rework or micro-soldering tools.
