Design a Custom BoardSelf-protected low-side MOSFET driver for automotive and industrial applications. Features integrated overcurrent limiting (2.0A max), thermal shutdown with auto-restart, overvoltage clamping to 42V, and ESD protection. Suitable for switching resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads in harsh environments; AEC-Q101 qualified.
SOT-223 three-pin regulators and transistors are difficult to hand-solder due to tight 1.5mm pitch and heat-sinking requirements. A breakout board brings standard 0.1" header spacing, eliminating soldering challenges and enabling immediate breadboard prototyping without rework or micro-soldering tools.
