Linear active thermistor IC that converts temperature to analog voltage output with 10 mV/°C sensitivity. Offers ±4°C accuracy across 0°C to +70°C range and operates from 2.3V to 5.5V supply with only 6 µA typical current draw. Directly interfaces to microcontroller ADC inputs without external signal conditioning, suitable for automotive, industrial, and consumer temperature monitoring applications.

Why does this need a breakout?
SOT-23's tiny 0.95mm pin pitch and compact form factor make hand-soldering tedious and prone to bridging errors. A breakout board breaks out the three pins to standard 0.1" spacing for breadboard prototyping, eliminating the need for specialized soldering equipment and enabling fast circuit iteration with transistors, diodes, and small-signal components.
