Features precision 2.048V internal voltage reference, rail-to-rail output amplifiers, and I2C interface supporting standard/fast/high-speed modes. Why does this need a breakout?
The 0.5mm pin pitch makes hand soldering impractical without specialized equipment, and the tiny 3x3mm footprint cannot connect directly to breadboards. A breakout board brings these pins to standard 0.1-inch spacing, enabling rapid prototyping of analog-to-digital converters, boost controllers, and audio switches without reflow soldering or custom PCBs.
