Design a Custom BoardFerroelectric nonvolatile memory IC with 64Kbit (8K×8) density using I2C interface at up to 3.4 MHz. Features 10^13 read/write cycle endurance, eliminating wear-out issues common to Flash and EEPROM. Operates at 1.8V to 3.6V with ultralow standby current (8µA typical), making it ideal for IoT, industrial control, and data-logging applications requiring reliable nonvolatile storage without battery backup.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
