Low-power dual voltage comparator with open-collector outputs, designed for threshold detection and line receiving applications. Features wide supply range (±1.25V to ±18V or +2.5V to +36V), low input bias current (1nA max), and minimal offset voltage (±6mV). Suitable for peak detectors, zero-crossing detection, and direct TTL/CMOS interfacing with wired-AND capability.

Why does this need a breakout?
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
