IC REG LIN ADJ 800MA SOT-223

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardThe LM1117 is an adjustable low-dropout linear regulator capable of delivering 800 mA with a 1.2 V dropout at full load. Output voltage is programmable from 1.25 V to 13.8 V using two external resistors, with ±1% accuracy guaranteed by a Zener-trimmed bandgap reference. Includes current limiting and thermal shutdown protection; commonly used in industrial power supplies, servo drives, and network equipment.
SOT-223 three-pin regulators and transistors are difficult to hand-solder due to tight 1.5mm pitch and heat-sinking requirements. A breakout board brings standard 0.1" header spacing, eliminating soldering challenges and enabling immediate breadboard prototyping without rework or micro-soldering tools.
