Design a Custom BoardSingle-channel opto-emulator with LED-emulator input and phototransistor output, providing 3.75kV reinforced isolation in 4-SOIC package. Features 100-155% current transfer ratio at 5mA input, 80V collector-emitter rating, and 3µs response time. Designed as drop-in replacement for traditional optocouplers in industrial applications including power supplies, motor drives, PLCs, and data acquisition systems.
The 1.27mm pin pitch and tiny 4.55×2.6mm form factor make hand-soldering this SOIC nearly impossible without professional equipment. A breakout board converts the fine-pitch pads to through-hole or standard 0.1" spacing, letting you prototype instrumentation amplifiers and optocouplers on breadboards or with conventional soldering tools.
