Design a Custom BoardHigh voltage half-bridge gate driver for MOSFETs and IGBTs with independent high and low side outputs. Operates up to 500V with 2A output current, 10-20V supply range, and 3.3V logic compatibility. Features matched propagation delays (10ns max), bootstrap-capable floating channel, and cycle-by-cycle shutdown for motor control, power conversion, and switching applications.
SOIC-16W uses 1.27mm pitch and surface-mount construction, making it difficult to hand-solder and incompatible with breadboards. A breakout board converts the 16 pins to through-hole connectors, enabling direct breadboarding and eliminating soldering risk during prototyping of real-time clocks, transceivers, flash memory, and gate-drive optocouplers.
