Features PWM control interface, ultra-low sleep mode (<84.5nA), and integrated protection including UVLO, overcurrent, and thermal shutdown.

Why does this need a breakout?
Hand-soldering 0.5mm pitch pads is extremely difficult without specialized equipment, and the exposed leads cannot access a breadboard. A breakout board with standard 0.1" headers lets you prototype high-voltage DC-DC converters like the MAX15062 without requiring reflow soldering or custom PCBs, making rapid iteration practical for industrial and sensor applications.
