Design a Custom BoardHall effect latch sensor in SOT-23-3 package that detects magnetic field presence and provides digital output switching. Features push-pull or open-drain output, ratiometric analog output option, and operates from 3.3V to 5.5V. Commonly used for door/window sensors, position detection, and magnetic proximity switching applications.
SOT-23's tiny 0.95mm pin pitch and compact form factor make hand-soldering tedious and prone to bridging errors. A breakout board breaks out the three pins to standard 0.1" spacing for breadboard prototyping, eliminating the need for specialized soldering equipment and enabling fast circuit iteration with transistors, diodes, and small-signal components.
