Miniature optically-isolated solid-state relay with 1500 VRMS input/output isolation in a 4-pin SOP package. Features MOSFET switching technology requiring only 0.5 mA LED current, 75 mA load capacity at 60V blocking voltage, and 10 Ω maximum on-resistance. Designed for security systems, instrumentation, data acquisition, and industrial control applications with excellent EMI immunity and high reliability.

Why does this need a breakout?
This 4-pin SOP photorelay is too small and tightly pitched (2.54mm) for reliable hand soldering or breadboard use. A breakout board brings the pins to standard 0.1-inch spacing, enabling rapid prototyping of optoisolated switching circuits without the frustration of soldering microscopic leads or dealing with isolation requirements.
