Design a Custom BoardUnbuffered CMOS hex inverter integrated circuit containing six independent inverter gates. Each gate inverts a single logic input to produce the complementary output. Operates across a wide voltage range (3V to 18V), making it suitable for both analog and digital signal inversion applications. Commonly used in logic circuits, signal conditioning, and interfacing between different logic families.
The 1.27mm pin pitch on this 16-pin package makes hand-soldering impractical and breadboard mounting impossible. A breakout board brings the pins to standard 2.54mm spacing, enabling quick prototyping of RS-232/RS-485 transceivers, ADCs, and line drivers without requiring surface-mount soldering skills or PCB fabrication.
