Design a Custom BoardLow-power AVR 8-bit microcontroller with 1KB flash program memory, 64 bytes ERAM, and 64 bytes SRAM. Features 6 programmable I/O lines, 4-channel 10-bit ADC, 8-bit timer with PWM, and internal oscillator. Operates from 1.8–5.5V with speeds up to 20 MHz, suitable for cost-sensitive embedded applications requiring minimal power consumption.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
