Offers 2,048 x 8-bit organization with 16-byte page writes, write-protect pin, and 1 million cycle endurance. Operates from 1.7V to 5.5V with ultra-low standby current of 6 µA, suitable for embedded systems, IoT devices, and data logging applications.
This 0.95 mm pitch SMD package is incompatible with breadboards and difficult to hand-solder. A breakout board brings the five pins to standard 0.1″ spacing, enabling rapid prototyping without reflow equipment. Essential for evaluating precision analog ICs like current-sense amplifiers in development circuits.
