IC SUPERVISOR RESET 2.9V SOT-23-3

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardMicroprocessor supervisory circuit that monitors power supply voltage and generates active-low reset signals. Designed for 2.5V to 5.0V systems with 10µA typical supply current and guaranteed reset validity down to 1V. Features open-drain output, minimal external components, and ideal for portable/battery-powered equipment requiring power monitoring.
SOT-23's tiny 0.95mm pin pitch and compact form factor make hand-soldering tedious and prone to bridging errors. A breakout board breaks out the three pins to standard 0.1" spacing for breadboard prototyping, eliminating the need for specialized soldering equipment and enabling fast circuit iteration with transistors, diodes, and small-signal components.
