Integrates 75mΩ high-side and 45mΩ low-side MOSFETs with constant on-time control for fast transient response and low ripple. Features 750kHz switching frequency, 155μA quiescent current, and proprietary EMI-reduction gate driver with built-in protections.

Why does this need a breakout?
The SOT-563's 1.27mm pin pitch and small footprint make hand-soldering difficult and breadboard prototyping impossible. A breakout board brings these pins to standard 0.1" spacing, enabling quick breadboard integration for dual transistors, level shifters, and compact buck converters without requiring SMD soldering skills or microscopy.
