DUAL INVERTING SCHMITT TRIGGER 6-TSSOP

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardThe 74HC2G14 is a dual inverter with Schmitt-trigger inputs that convert slowly changing signals into sharp, jitter-free outputs. Operating from 2.0V to 6.0V with high noise immunity and CMOS low power consumption, it features input clamp diodes allowing interface to voltages exceeding VCC. Ideal for wave shaping, noise filtering, and astable/monostable multivibrator applications.
SOT-363 packages are tiny surface-mount devices with 0.65mm pin pitch, making hand-soldering risky and breadboard use impossible. A breakout board breaks out the 6 pins to standard 0.1" spacing, enabling reliable prototyping of MOSFETs, transistors, and level shifters without microscopy or specialized equipment.
