Delivery to Australia

Orders ship from the United Kingdom via an international postal service. Tracking is available as an opt-in upgrade at checkout — the standard service does not include tracking.

Duties & taxes

Any Australian import duties or GST are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the carrier at delivery.

Returns

Change of mind

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected by this policy.

• Return the goods within the change-of-mind window above
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Return postage is at your cost unless otherwise stated

We will refund the full purchase price including original delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return postage.

We may ask for a photo of the fault to help us improve our quality control.

Custom board orders

Custom boards (ordered via the quote system) are manufactured to your specification. They are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has begun. If a custom board is faulty, the standard faulty-goods policy applies.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
