Design a Custom BoardHalf-bridge gate driver IC with dual high and low-side outputs capable of driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs. Provides 4A peak current drive with integrated shoot-through protection and dead-time control. Commonly used in motor drives, inverters, and switched-mode power supplies requiring synchronized gate switching of complementary power switches.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
