Design a Custom BoardUltra-high accuracy digital temperature sensor with ±0.08°C maximum accuracy from 0°C to 45°C and 16-bit resolution (0.0078°C LSB). Features I2C/SMBus interface, programmable alert limits, 48-bit EEPROM, and ultra-low power consumption (3.5μA at 1Hz). Operates from 1.7V to 5.5V across –55°C to 150°C range, suitable for medical thermometers, wireless sensors, and RTD replacement applications.
This tiny 0.9×1.4mm BGA requires a breakout board to prototype—the 0.5mm pitch ball pads cannot be hand-soldered or accessed on a breadboard. A breakout converts the six solder balls to convenient 0.1" headers, enabling rapid testing of analog switches, level shifters, and MAX2 CPLDs without specialized equipment.
