Design a Custom BoardSingle-channel optocoupler with phototransistor output and gallium arsenide LED input, rated for 3750 VRMS AC isolation. Features low coupling capacitance (0.3 pF typical) and current transfer ratio groups ranging from 50-600%. Designed for industrial control applications including PLCs, modems, and general signal isolation.
This Toshiba optocoupler's 1.27mm pitch and compact 4.4×3.6mm footprint make hand-soldering impractical and breadboard use impossible. A breakout board converts the SMD package to through-hole pins or larger pads, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections in isolation and control circuits without reflow equipment.
