RTC CLK/CALENDAR I2C 32.768KHZ 8-TSSOP

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardThe PCF85063A is a low-power real-time clock and calendar IC with I2C interface, operating from 0.9V to 5.5V with typical current draw of 0.22µA at 3.3V. It tracks year, month, day, weekday, hours, minutes, and seconds using a 32.768kHz crystal reference and includes alarm, countdown timer, and programmable clock output functions. Ideal for battery-powered devices, cameras, and consumer electronics requiring accurate timekeeping.
The 0.65mm pitch and tiny 3×3mm form factor make hand soldering challenging and impractical for breadboard prototyping. A breakout board converts this compact SMD package into a standard header layout, enabling reliable connections and rapid iteration without specialized soldering equipment or rework risk.
