Design a Custom BoardSingle-channel logic inverter with Schmitt trigger input in a compact SOT23-5 package. Operates from 1.65V to 5.5V with 3.7ns typical propagation delay and 24mA output drive. Features overvoltage-tolerant inputs for mixed-voltage applications and ultra-high speed CMOS technology with low power dissipation, suitable for signal conditioning and logic level translation circuits.
This 0.95 mm pitch SMD package is incompatible with breadboards and difficult to hand-solder. A breakout board brings the five pins to standard 0.1″ spacing, enabling rapid prototyping without reflow equipment. Essential for evaluating precision analog ICs like current-sense amplifiers in development circuits.
