Design a Custom Board256-Kbit serial I²C EEPROM organized as 32K×8 bits with 64-byte page size and optional write-lockable identification page. Supports 1MHz, 400kHz, and 100kHz I²C modes with 1.7V to 5.5V supply range and byte/page write times of 5ms. Rated for over 4 million write cycles and 200-year data retention with -40°C to +85°C operating range.
The 0.65mm pitch and compact 4.4×3mm form factor make hand soldering error-prone and require fine-pitch rework skills. A breakout board brings these pins to standard 0.1" spacing for breadboard prototyping, eliminating soldering difficulty while preserving direct access to op-amp or memory functionality without adapters.
