Features 350mV typical dropout at full current, high PSRR (87dB @ 120Hz), and output range from 1.18V to VIN minus dropout. Includes undervoltage lockout, thermal/current/power limiting, and enable control for point-of-load and post-regulation applications.

Why does this need a breakout?
This 0.4mm pitch DFN-6 package is impossible to hand solder reliably without specialized equipment. A breakout board routes the tiny pads to standard 2.54mm headers, enabling breadboard prototyping of LDO regulators and similar ICs that would otherwise require reflow soldering or rework stations.
