CURRENT-SENSE AMP 50V/V 1.3MHZ SOT23-5

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardAEC-Q100 automotive-qualified current-sense amplifier with 50 V/V gain, designed for high-precision shunt resistor measurements across –4 V to +110 V common-mode range. Features 120-dB DC CMRR, 1.3-MHz bandwidth, ±0.5% gain error, and 2.7–20 V single supply operation. Ideal for automotive current monitoring in transmissions, motor actuators, and power conversion applications.
This 0.95 mm pitch SMD package is incompatible with breadboards and difficult to hand-solder. A breakout board brings the five pins to standard 0.1″ spacing, enabling rapid prototyping without reflow equipment. Essential for evaluating precision analog ICs like current-sense amplifiers in development circuits.
