Design a Custom BoardThe ATTINY461 is an 8-bit AVR microcontroller featuring 4KB of in-system programmable flash memory, 256 bytes of EEPROM, and 256 bytes of SRAM. It includes 16 programmable I/O lines, a 10-bit ADC with 11 single-ended and 16 differential channels, three PWM outputs, and operating voltage range of 2.7-5.5V at up to 20 MHz. Ideal for low-power embedded applications requiring analog signal conditioning and precise timing control.
The 1.27mm pin pitch makes hand-soldering this 20-pin SOIC challenging and error-prone. A breakout board brings all pins to standard 0.1" spacing, enabling reliable breadboard prototyping and simplifying development of USB-to-UART interfaces without requiring reflow soldering or specialized equipment.
