Operates from 1.8-5.5V with speeds up to 10 MHz and active current consumption as low as 240µA at 1MHz/1.8V. Suitable for embedded control and IoT applications requiring minimal power.
This SOIC-8 package is too small to hand-solder reliably and incompatible with breadboards. A breakout board brings 1.27mm pitch pins to standard 0.1-inch spacing, enabling prototyping without specialized equipment.
