IC REG LINEAR -12V 100MA SOT-89

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardThree-terminal negative voltage regulator providing fixed -12V output from -14.5V to -27V input, rated for 100mA maximum output current. Housed in compact SOT-89 package with typical dropout voltage of 1.7V and low quiescent current. Suitable for powering analog circuits, op-amp biasing, and general negative supply applications requiring modest current.
SOT-89-3 is too small and has leads too close together to hand-solder reliably or plug into breadboards. A breakout board spaces the three pins to standard 0.1" pitch, making it compatible with solderless prototyping and eliminating the need for fine-pitch soldering skills. Essential for rapid development with voltage regulators, transistors, and other common three-terminal devices.
