Integrates a 40V FET switch operating at 600kHz fixed frequency for efficient series LED drive with up to 90% efficiency. Supports both digital (EasyScale) and PWM brightness control via the CTRL pin, with LED current set by external sense resistor and 200mV feedback regulation.

Why does this need a breakout?
WSON-6 regulators feature 0.65mm pitch pads that are difficult to hand-solder and buried under the package body, making them impossible to prototype on breadboards. A breakout board brings these compact LDO and boost converter ICs into reach by providing large through-hole connections and integrating decoupling capacitors, letting you evaluate multiple fixed or adjustable voltage outputs without rework challenges.
