IC SUPERVISOR 3.3V 200MS SOT23-3

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardSingle-channel microprocessor supervisory circuit designed to monitor 3.3V supplies and assert a reset output when voltage drops below the detection threshold. Features 200ms typical reset pulse width and open-drain output suitable for direct connection to microcontroller reset pins. Commonly used in embedded systems to ensure proper processor initialization during power-up or brownout conditions.
SOT-23's tiny 0.95mm pin pitch and compact form factor make hand-soldering tedious and prone to bridging errors. A breakout board breaks out the three pins to standard 0.1" spacing for breadboard prototyping, eliminating the need for specialized soldering equipment and enabling fast circuit iteration with transistors, diodes, and small-signal components.
