Adjustable shunt voltage reference with output programmable from 2.5 to 36 V using two external resistors. Provides 1-100 mA sink current capability with 0.22 Ω typical output impedance and 2.21% voltage precision. AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications across -40 to +125 °C operating range.

Why does this need a breakout?
SOT-23's tiny 0.95mm pin pitch and compact form factor make hand-soldering tedious and prone to bridging errors. A breakout board breaks out the three pins to standard 0.1" spacing for breadboard prototyping, eliminating the need for specialized soldering equipment and enabling fast circuit iteration with transistors, diodes, and small-signal components.
