8-channel source-type DMOS transistor array with integrated clamp diodes for inductive load switching. Supports 50V maximum output voltage and 500mA per channel. Logic-level inputs (2.0V on, 0.6V off) drive high-current loads in relay drivers, solenoid control, and LED matrix applications. Available in compact SOP18 package.

Why does this need a breakout?
The 1.27mm pin pitch and compact 7.5×11.6mm footprint make this wide-body SOIC challenging to hand-solder and incompatible with standard breadboards. A breakout board brings all 18 pins to 0.1" headers, enabling prototyping with jumper wires and solderless breadboards while protecting the delicate surface-mount pads during development.
