Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom Board8-line to 3-line priority encoder that converts eight input data lines into 3-bit binary output. Features cascadable input and output enable signals, operates from 2V to 6V, and delivers 16ns typical propagation delay. Ideal for N-bit encoding, code conversion, and interrupt prioritization applications.
The 1.27mm pin pitch on this 16-pin package makes hand-soldering impractical and breadboard mounting impossible. A breakout board brings the pins to standard 2.54mm spacing, enabling quick prototyping of RS-232/RS-485 transceivers, ADCs, and line drivers without requiring surface-mount soldering skills or PCB fabrication.
