Design a Custom BoardDual-channel high-side MOSFET power distribution switch with 140mΩ on-resistance per channel and 500mA continuous current rating. Features internal current limiting, thermal shutdown protection, soft-start circuitry, and fault status flag output. Operates from 2.7V to 5.5V and includes reverse current blocking. Suitable for USB peripherals, notebook PCs, and general-purpose load switching applications.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
