Design a Custom Board1-Kbit (128-byte) serial I2C EEPROM with 400 kHz fast mode support and 16-byte page size. Operates from 1.8V to 5.5V with more than 4 million write cycles and 200-year data retention. Features hardware write protection, random/sequential read modes, and enhanced ESD protection for embedded memory applications.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
