Reduces forward voltage drop and heat dissipation in battery chargers, power supplies, and load sharing circuits. Integrates gate drive circuitry to control an external N-channel MOSFET for efficient power blocking and reverse current prevention.
SOT-23-6 packages house precision regulators, voltage references, and level shifters with 0.95mm pin pitch—too fine for hand soldering and incompatible with breadboards. A breakout board provides through-hole headers for prototype work, eliminating soldering difficulty while enabling quick circuit iteration. Essential for developing with compact analog and power management ICs.
