Design a Custom BoardUltra-low-power 3-axis MEMS accelerometer with selectable ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, or ±16g full-scale ranges and I2C/SPI digital interface. Features integrated motion detection, free-fall detection, temperature sensor, and FIFO buffer with output data rates from 1 Hz to 5.3 kHz. Ideal for motion-activated devices, gaming controllers, pedometers, and orientation detection applications.
This tiny 2x2mm LGA package with 0.5mm pitch is nearly impossible to hand-solder and incompatible with breadboards. A breakout board lets you solder the fine-pitch accelerometer once, then access I2C/SPI signals and power via standard headers for quick prototyping and testing.
