MCU 8BIT AVR 4KB FLASH 20SOIC 20MHZ

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardThe ATtiny416 is a low-power 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR architecture, featuring 4KB of Flash memory, 256 bytes of SRAM, and 128 bytes of EEPROM. It runs at up to 20 MHz and integrates multiple peripherals including UART, SPI, TWI (I2C), ADC, DAC, and timers. Ideal for embedded control, IoT applications, and space-constrained designs requiring moderate processing power with minimal power consumption.
The 1.27mm pin pitch makes hand-soldering this 20-pin SOIC challenging and error-prone. A breakout board brings all pins to standard 0.1" spacing, enabling reliable breadboard prototyping and simplifying development of USB-to-UART interfaces without requiring reflow soldering or specialized equipment.
