Single-pole double-throw CMOS analog switch with ultralow 0.5Ω typical on-resistance and 0.8Ω maximum at 5V. Supports 1.8V to 5.5V rail-to-rail operation with 600mA peak current capability and excellent audio performance (0.13Ω typical RON flatness). Ideal for signal routing, relay replacement, and space-constrained battery-powered applications.

Why does this need a breakout?
SOT-363 packages are tiny surface-mount devices with 0.65mm pin pitch, making hand-soldering risky and breadboard use impossible. A breakout board breaks out the 6 pins to standard 0.1" spacing, enabling reliable prototyping of MOSFETs, transistors, and level shifters without microscopy or specialized equipment.
