CURRENT SENSOR IC 0-5A HALL SOT8

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardGalvanically isolated Hall-effect current sensor IC measuring 0–5A AC/DC with integrated chopper-stabilized BiCMOS circuitry and digital temperature compensation. Features low-offset linear Hall transducer with 0.65mΩ internal resistance and proportional voltage output. Ideal for motor control, overcurrent protection, load detection, and switched-mode power supplies in space-constrained applications. Note: Not recommended for new designs; device approaching obsolescence.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
