Single-bit dual supply translating transceiver with 3-state outputs enabling bidirectional level translation between any voltage rails from 1.2V to 5.5V. Features direction control input, separate supply pins for each port, and IOFF circuitry for power-down protection. Achieves up to 420 Mbps data rate with ±24 mA output drive and low 16 µA maximum ICC.

Why does this need a breakout?
SOT-363 packages are tiny surface-mount devices with 0.65mm pin pitch, making hand-soldering risky and breadboard use impossible. A breakout board breaks out the 6 pins to standard 0.1" spacing, enabling reliable prototyping of MOSFETs, transistors, and level shifters without microscopy or specialized equipment.
