BCD TO 7-SEG DECODER/DRIVER SOIC-16

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardThe 74HC4511 is a BCD-to-7-segment latch/decoder/driver IC that converts 4-bit binary-coded decimal inputs into seven-segment display outputs for driving common cathode LED displays. It features internal latches for data storage, lamp test and ripple blanking inputs for display control, and guaranteed 10 mA per-output drive capability. Operating from 2.0V to 6.0V with low power CMOS dissipation, it is ideal for numeric display applications in industrial and consumer electronics.
The 1.27mm pin pitch on this 16-pin package makes hand-soldering impractical and breadboard mounting impossible. A breakout board brings the pins to standard 2.54mm spacing, enabling quick prototyping of RS-232/RS-485 transceivers, ADCs, and line drivers without requiring surface-mount soldering skills or PCB fabrication.
