Single-bit dual-supply voltage level translator with 3-state output enabling bidirectional translation between 0.8V–3.6V supply domains. Features direction control (DIR), independent supply pins VCC(A) and VCC(B), and IOFF circuitry for partial power-down protection. Suitable for translating between low-voltage nodes (1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, etc.) at up to 500Mbit/s. Exceeds JEDEC ESD specifications and operates across -40°C to +125°C.

Why does this need a breakout?
This 0.4mm pitch DFN-6 package is impossible to hand solder reliably without specialized equipment. A breakout board routes the tiny pads to standard 2.54mm headers, enabling breadboard prototyping of LDO regulators and similar ICs that would otherwise require reflow soldering or rework stations.
